How to Request Deletion
Method 1: In the App
- Open the Moteng app.
- Go to Profile > Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
This will delete:
- Your Firebase user account
- All personal details (name, phone, suburb, email)
- All documents and uploaded files (if applicable)
Note: Your device fingerprint will be stored for up to 1 year to prevent abuse and fake account creation.
Method 2: By Email (if you can't access the app)
- Send an email to meiwa.moteng@gmail.com
- Use the subject: Delete My Moteng Account
- Include your full name, phone number, and email used in the app.
- We'll delete your account within 7 working days.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will no longer be accessible.
- All personal and driver data will be permanently removed.
- Your device fingerprint will be kept for up to 12 months for fraud prevention.
